Frequently Asked Questions

We use pupillary distance to customize your prescription lenses. Your eye doctor can measure PD, or you can at home. Place a millimeter ruler just below your eyes on the bridge of your nose. Look in a mirror or have someone align the first millimeter line with the center of one pupil (the eye’s black center), then read the distance. Most adults have a PD of about 55-65 mm, but you should always use your measurement for the best fit.

You can send us a picture of your prescription for easy ordering or add the details yourself after choosing your frames. Check your prescription for sections dedicated to each eye. Both eyes will have unique numbers assigned to them. Add those numbers to the corresponding boxes on the prescription screen, then add your PD.

Waiting around for your glasses is annoying, so we quickly ship over 95% of orders in 5-10 business days. Some safety glasses may take a little longer if they include complex prescriptions like bifocals. We’ll keep you updated so you know when to expect your new safety eyewear.
