Frequently Asked Questions

PD is the measurement between the black centers of your eyes. We use it to ensure your new Hudson Optical safety glasses are perfectly customized for your vision. If it’s not included with your prescription, measure your PD by placing a ruler on the bridge of your nose. Align the first millimeter line with the center of one pupil, then read the distance in a mirror. Most adults have a PD of about 55-65 mm.

You can send us a picture of your prescription info or enter it manually. To enter it yourself, check your prescription for numbers assigned to each eye. Add them to the corresponding boxes on the prescription screen, then add your PD. Prescription info is added after you choose your frames and lens type.

We quickly ship over 95% of orders in 5-10 business days. Orders with complex prescriptions like bifocals might take a little longer. Experts quality-check each pair before shipment so you’re promised reliable protection with every order.
